28 Quirky Stick and Poke Tattoos

Speaking of stick and poke tattoos, we'll show you some of the weirdest and most raw pieces we've seen so far!
Now, now kids. Before you say, 'shitty' or 'drunk twats', keep in mind that these tattoos were purely made by hands and no machine-y thingamajigs involved. And hey, it's almost the same way our ancestors got their tattoos done. You won't be having your pretty custom pieces if your great-great-great-great-great granddad's great-granddad didn't push through all this. As long as you keep it sterilized and you're pretty sure you won't be pushing those needles too far down to the bloodstream, you're good.

There's something refreshing about handwritten style tattoos. Sure, those beautiful calligraphy are impressive but a few can appreciate these simple words scrawled on skin. It reminds you of youth and how chill it used to be.

The same way someone with a machine can make a pretty awful tattoo, the same way someone who does it old school can. If sanitation is all clear, it's not really with how you do it, but the very hands who takes care of the job. But by all means, sober up! You don't want to end up like this guy!
