With all the Joker hype going around, here's one Joker tattoo that really took it to the extreme.

Meet Joker Boy, self-proclaimed real life Joker. Personal demons drove him to scar his face pretty much like the real Joker did. Even the Joker himself (in The Dark Knight) wore make up, but not Joker Boy.

Not much is known about Joker boy as of now except for his name, Mischa, as seen on his story in Vimeo.

In this interview, he talks about how and just why Joker Boy was born out of this man.

Talk about commitment! No going back, man. That's going to be one (or twelve) agonizing laser ordeal. Unless you really fancy asking, “Do you want to know how I got these scars?”

He went full-on Joker mode with the help of Rodrigo Galves at Sailor and Saints Tattoo in Biel, Switzerland.

The process looked utterly painful. (No shit, right?)

Rodrigo is also responsible for his other tattoos like this one, which we really dig as well. It's fitting for an anarchist Joker like himself.

Joker Boy sees his transformation as some kind of rebirth. He hadn't have a good start in life. He had an even worse start with tattoos. They're something he know he wants to cover up with a Chelsea smile.

Joker Boy have gotten his fair share of hate, coming from people who label him as a fake, claiming that only Heath Ledger was the real Joker and such. It's not something he lets get to him.

Mischa has been Joker Boy for a year now and so far, it's been good for him. He makes appearances in tattoo conventions all over the country and occasionally shooting.

But it does make us wonder, what makes a man mad enough to permanently mark his face an eternal smile.

I actually like Joker Boy. I don't really give a damn about the whole “you're a fraud” thing because it's already given that Heath Ledger was a talented actor and Warner Bros. couldn't have picked a better actor to play the anarchist that was the Joker in The Dark Knight. Joker Boy isn't actually claiming to be the real Joker, but merely found himself in the character and that's what led him to actually be it.

Oh, and did we mention that Joker Boy is a member of the tattooed dads club?
