Celebrity Tattoos: 10 Celebrities Who Are Doing It Right!
We've seen some pretty awful celebrity tattoos. Now it's time to take a look at the stars who know their ink well.
Celebrities have the notoriety of getting bad quality tattoos. It doesn't make sense. With hefty paychecks, why won't you pay for quality you can afford? I can see how hard it is to book with the best artists in town on such a short notice but it can't be that hard to go online and see what's good.
Let's give some love to the celebrities who actually took an effort in picking good tattoo artists to go near their high-maintenance skins. Here's our top ten pick of the best celebrity tattoos in no particular order.
1. Adam Levine and his sultry black and grey pieces
Aside from the physique women (and men!) dream of being sprawled across their bed at night, Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine also boasts a body adorned with fine, black and grey tattoos.

2. Ed Sheeran's life in tattoo sleeves
We've given you a closer look at Ed Sheeran's tattoos before and some of you weren't big fans. But just as much as we love his music, we've grown to love Ed's colourful sleeves which depicted his milestones, old songs and old friends, experiences, travels, and family. Check out this exclusive interview with Ed's tattooist, Kevin Paul.
3. The lovely Millie Elder-Holmes and her phenomenal back piece
These days, we know the stepdaughter of the late Paul Holmes as a health blogger and proud tattoo collector with the massive Matt Jordan piece she now proudly wears on her back. It takes one tough woman to sit through all that!
4. Katy Perry and her fun micro tattoos
Katy Perry is known for her exuberant stage persona. Her first tattoo was “Jesus” in script on her wrist. The next one that made headlines was her matching tattoo with former husband, Russell Brand.
Unlike some other popular singers on the scene, Katy has considerably lesser and smaller tattoos. But despite that, Katy still takes the time to make sure she will be going under the machine in the hands of somebody with the right skill. We're particularly thrilled to know she got her Hello Kitty finger tattoo done by cutesy artist, Alex Strangler.

5. Kelly Osbourne's tattoos show everyone that she is still a rock 'n' roll legend's daugher
TV personality Kelly Osbourne may have gone on a different path from her rockstar father, but the trace of her bad girl days and her several tattoos prove that she is, after all, an Osbourne. While she keeps quiet for now on the story behind the tattoo on the side of her head, which she showed off in a few red carpet events.
Kelly dedicated this tiny bee tattoo in white ink to cherished friend and co-host, the late Joan Rivers.
6. Louis Tomlinson stands out among the 1D boys with his ink
The lads of the British boyband, One Direction have grown from fresh-faced English boys into globetrotting men who happen to be mostly fond of ink. The boys are also infamous for quite awful choices in tattoos but I have to give it to this one for getting some decent pieces to fill in his sleeve.
I'm a sucker for blackwork so this one instantly caught my eye.
Like the rest of the boys, Louis has a penchant for busy tattoo sleeves.
7. Die-Hard badass John McClane's little girl is not so little anymore

The lovechild of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis grew up to be one gorgeous specimen. We're found out that she's no weakling either, with a large lion tattoo on her arm and a vertical script tattoo on her sides.
She's also one of the celebrity fans of the fine inker from Los Angeles, Dr. Woo!
8. Ellie Goulding and her Dr. Woo piece
Singer Ellie Goulding takes her hit song success into a certain tattoo parlour in LA. Yet another one of Dr. Woo's celebrity clients.
9. Deadmau5 and his techno-cool ink
With an ex-girlfriend like tattoo artist Kat von D, we expect nothing less from Deadmau5. The DJ and music producer wears a smutty animé fetish-inspired tentacle sleeve and generic and outdated tech logos on his other arm.
Didn't even know Deadmau5 was into that kind of stuff!
10. Scarlett Johansson and her urban tattoo taste
Anybody else curious about Scarlett Johansson's never-before-seen sternum tattoo?
After the time when Angelina Jolie is the first actress that comes to mind when you think of tattooed women in Hollywood, came the likes of actresses Megan Fox and Scarlett Johansson. Scarlet's sunset tattoo on the arm always intrigued me. Even then, I thought it was really beautiful, with the tattoo composed of mostly bright colours and no trace of black ink. I often see it in behind-the-scene takes where she can be found with a makeup artist, covering the circular piece for a scene.
This tattoo Scarlett got on her side got a lot of hate because apparently, many aren't familiar with French artist Fuzi or anything about street art. The actress was shooting for the exact style bu
