You’re not the only one missing the blond hottie (that’s not Matthew McConaughey) from Magic Mike!
Actor Alex Pettyfer will be adding “publisher” on his resumé as he launched his new publishing company last week. Alex announced the big news in one of the best ways possible. Yes, it has something to do with tattoos.
In the short video ad for his new publishing company, the British actor tries to smile as he faces a mirror while getting his back drilled. Before anything, the tattoo artist asks the 25-year old if he's good—to which the actor replies with a determined look.
Alex grimaces and gestures from whatever that tattoo artist is working on whim with. If he wasn’t launching a publishing company or something, we would have had bought the whole lot.
After a few moments, they cut to a scene where he stands up, revealing a large back piece of a lower half of a woman’s face and words that read “Blood, Ink, and Fire” the title of the first book to come out under his publishing company.
To his manager’s relief, the massive tattoo isn’t even real to begin with. Alex Pettyfer merely joined the growing number of stars who made use of tattoos as a creative marketing strategy. Sure, it’s just acting yadda yadda but not only is Pettyfer a skilled actor, he also knows what it’s like to get tattooed, having a few inkings of his own.
