Brittany Allsop won Miss Ink Australia 2015 and you're about to see why!!
We previously told you about the Miss Ink Australia 2015 pageant, and now we're telling you about the winner! Brittany Allsop was crowned Miss Ink Australia and she's definitely a worthy winner. The 22 year-old competed as Miss Lil B and has tattoos from her feet to her shoulders, all of which are of incredible quality!
Allsop got her first tattoo at 16, a small cross, but as soon as she hit 18 the ink soon began to take over her body. “I pretty much bribed mum to get one. It was just a small cross and she thought that would be it...But no — once I turned 18 it just went on and I really got addicted to it.”
No longer able to count how many individual tattoos she has Allsop instead looks at her impressive tattoo collection as one large piece covering her body. The tattoos are all inspired by something important to her and are predominately black and grey, making for some striking ink!
“I have a family leg, with mum and dad’s wedding photo portrait and my brother’s portrait, and my sisters’ names and my niece’s and nephew’s initials. And because I love music — I used to play violin — I have a music leg.”
The impressive collection of Miss Ink Australia 2015 has cost thousands and seen her travel across the country to get tattooed, spending up to 10 hours being tattooed at a time.
Although she is covered almost head to toe, Allsop has made the conscious choice to leave her hands, neck, face and chest ink free.
Brittany Allsop is clearly a deserving winner of Miss Ink Australia 2015, her tattoos are both beautiful and striking. They also remind us how inked up girls always look good!!
