Ink In Fashion: Tattooed Magazine Covers

fleur in Fashion

It doesn’t happen often that fashion magazines agree to show ink on the cover. But tattooed magazine covers do exist

But, when it happens, it's awesome! Numerous celebrities have tattoos but not necessarily tend to show them off on a magazine cover. However, as the tattoo culture is being accepted and appreciated more and more by the fashion industry, some great tattooed magazine covers have been born. Public figures such as Angelina Jolie, Stephen James, Rihanna and David Beckham, happily pose while flashing their ink.

Still, many magazines think that some tattoos are not fit to print and most likely airbrush them. The editors of the French magazine Grazia decided that Megan Fox's Nietzsche quote tattoo wasn't worth to leave on the cover photo and removed it, still accepting the Shakespeare quote tattoo on her right shoulder.
