Damn, Daniel! Back At It Again With The Tattoos!

Xavier in Funny

Damn, Tattoodo! Back at it again with the weird tattoos! Here's the first batch of first meme tattoos this year, fresh from the machine!

As far as memes are concerned, tattoo fans are almost always among the first ones to catch up. Remember the dress, guys? Let's have a recap, then! But anyway, it's exactly why we're not too surprised to know what recently went on in the meme tatoosphere which hit a triple whammy. That's right. Not just one, not two, but three people got the hottest and not to mention one of the most vapid memes this year tattooed on them. Damn, Tattoodo! Back at it again with the weird tattoos!

You can't blame these guys for keeping the meme tattoo going but let's all hope they won't be reaching for the nearest laser removal clinic's business card any time soon because it takes a man to keep a commitment! A commitment involving memes, nonetheless.

But hold up. Before things get out of hand, just what exactly is “Damn, Daniel!”? According to most sources, they have no idea either. But if you look and listen closer, “Damn, Daniel!” is actually a catchphrase aimed at an fairly well-dressed teen who wears a lot of white vans. It's an in-joke, which supposedly makes it all the more hilarious.

Fun fact: The body piercer who recently got a “Damn, Daniel!” tattoo, Daniel Howland, is the same person who got The Dress tattooed on him last year. The guy likes a bit of some meme fun, what can we say.

So here he is, back at it again with the meme tattoos with his “Damn, Daniel!” tattoo. His tattooist, Drew Cottom also thinks the idea was “funny because it's stupid.”

“When YouTube videos go viral you can always count on @danielhowland to get it tattooed. This was fun. Now give me free vans too please. #vans #damndaniel,” he writes.

Joshy Hislop, a tattoo artist from Leeds, also got to tattoo two “Damn, Daniel!” tattoos recently one with the classic white Vans slip-ones and the other one with an actual white van, a wordplay.
