At first glance, she could have been any young American woman with a penchant for kawaii tattoos and a closet Daddy fetish. But it's more complicated than that for 21-year-old Jess from Florida. The five-foot-five woman sleeps in a bed designed as a large crib fit for her size and drinks from sippy cups and baby bottles. And if you'd think this would freak anyone out enough to date her, she actually found somebody to share her lifestyle with — David, her 24-year-old boyfriend of four years. And did I mention that Jess has over 30,000 subscribers on YouTube who follow her age play lifestyle.
A victim of sexual abuse, Jess treats regressing to infancy as her choice of therapy in coping with the demons of her past. She was sexually abused at a young age of two which affected her formative years greatly, leading her to develop depression and anxiety. ‘Age play is really my best escape and it allows me to reclaim the innocence of my childhood and have it play out the way I always wanted,’ Jess said.
‘It allows me to be playful and cute, which is what I'm like naturally anyway and so I think that I would definitely still be living this lifestyle if I'd had a more 'normal' childhood.’ In addition to sleeping in an oversized crib, Jess also wears nappies she frequently urinates in.
Many criticize her for her lifestyle, typically labelling her as, ‘attention seeker,’ ‘screwed up,’ and arguing that if she was grown up enough to get several tattoos and a septum piercing, she would have been grown up enough to ‘snap out of it,’ too.
What Jess and David have is a BDSM relationship which is specifically categorized as Daddy Dominant/Little Girl (DDLG), Adult Baby Diaper Lover (ABDL), and Age Play (AP). And unlike most BDSM couples, Jess insists that theirs is purely an aspect that brings them closer together as a couple and claims that they've never had sex during age play.
‘We never have sex while I’m age playing but for a lot of people it is a sexual kink,’ Jess claimed. ‘For us, it is more about enjoying the dominant/submissive dynamic in our everyday lives.’ It's not just Jess who's got something to say about their unnatural arrangement, David also has his own sentiments in this misunderstood part of their relationship. ‘Some people have called me a paedophile and have made fun of Jess. But really, I just try to ignore it,’ David said.
The couple is currently looking to stepping up their age play lifestyle by hiring a nanny that will look after Jess when David is at work.
