In our second edition of Trailerpark #streetstyle we're introducing you to another three tattoo enthusiasts who were cool enough to stop and chat with us at the festival. One of these people, Maria Jensen, proudly showed us her swallow tattoo that she - believe it or not - acquired at Tattoodo's very own app launch party last month. Yup, we had two talented CPH tattoo artists tattooing flashes on our guests, and Maria was one of the lucky few to go under the needle. Scroll down to take a look at it!
Thanks again to all of you for hanging out with us and sharing your stories and tattoos.
We first noticed this fine Swedish gentleman when we spotted a pair of shoes dramatically flashing through the darkness. We stopped him to get a photo of his kicks but then noticed he had some pretty badass tattoos to match. The majority of his tattoos are from Karl Blom, tattooing out of Swahili Bob's in Stockholm. The rest, he admitted, were #drunktattoos, including his ridiculously awesome "Weak Knees" tattoo. It would be sweet if more people were this creative when they were drunk...
We caught up with Bille, a graphic designer, to snap some shots of his great tattoos. Most were self-designed, and each one had a great story.
Thomas' family initials, PKLM, in a design he created himself.
"I could afford that one", Bille told us about his Porsche 911 tattoo.
Thomas actually played soccer on the Danish National Youth Team when he was a kid!
Maria, our Tattoodo gem, happily showed us her colorful and fun tattoos, one of which she acquired here at Tattoodo.
"[Tattoos are] like your own diary but then they just stay on your body"
Maria told us that the crowns, pictured below are "a compliment of my personality. [They're] really naive, really colorful."
Maria has a really interesting and cool outlook about her tattoos. She totally disregards the notion of tattoo regrets, and says tattoos are "like your own diary but then they just stay on your body." Love it!
Maria admitted that her balloon tat often gets mistaken for a sperm. Can definitely see that. Maybe some color would help the situation?
The swallow below was done at Tattoodo's very own app launch party last month. Tattoo artist Tim Klamer from Le Fix City Tattoo was here tattooing some awesome flashes on our guests. Maria had been wanting a traditional tat, and this was the perfect opportunity to go for it and celebrate her newly found spontaneity!
