Malvina Maria Wisniewska's Anatomical Illustrative Black Ink Tattoos

These anatomical tattoos from Malvina Maria Wisniewska's portfolio are a lovely shade of weird.

We've showcased her minimalistic geometric tattoos before, but now we're back with more of Malvina Maria Wisniewska's astounding work, only this time it's her signature anatomical illustrations of animals. Check out this array of exquisite tattoos full of bones and muscles from her excellent body of work.

Wisniewska's tattoos of animals are awesome. She highlights each one's natural anatomical traits through drawing into focus either their bones or muscles and tendons. The less meaty creatures tend to feature frail skeletal frames, like the hummingbird and fish, while larger ones, such as her depictions of quadrupeds, show off the heavy structures and sinewy flesh of such beasts.

The way she renders our organs with fine lines and exquisite dotwork is absolutely heart-stopping. We also love how she borders some of them with geometry, too. What's even more amazing is just how scientifically accurate her work is. The illustration below, for instance, perfectly exhibits all the major muscle groups present in the human torso and head.

We hoped you like these anatomical masterpieces by Wisniewska. If you want to see more of her incredible dotwork or perhaps some of her geometric tattoos, hit up her Instagram. Also, she works at Sang Bleu London Tattoo Studio if you want a boney or sinewy tattoo to show off your love of the body.
