Real Madrid footballer Sergio Ramos has amassed quite a nice collection of tattoos. He's one of the stars of European soccer, and has some of the most visible tattoos in La Liga.
Recently Ramos took to Instagram to ask his fans if they could guess what his tattoos meant. There are a ton of meanings behind tattoos, and Ramos threw it out to his followers to see if they understood the significance behind the tattoos on his hands, more specifically, the bright numbers tattooed across his knuckles.
Some people have figured it out, while others have educated guesses, but from what I understand about the soccer star, I think I have the correct answers.
32 and 35 - Ramos wore these numbers as his jersey numbers when he was playing in Sevilla.
19 - The age Ramos made his senior debut for Real Madrid.
90 - Okay, I'm not too sure on this one. But some people speculate that it's because Ramos scored the winning goal in the 2014 Champions League final in the 93rd minute, which would explain why there is a cross included on the tattoo? Meaning, the cross would be actually be a + sign, which is used to indicate that the goal was scored in stoppage time. Yes? Seems feasible?
Hopefully Ramos will reveal the answers to his quiz for his fans soon. I'm not a big soccer fan, but I do love a good challenge. Plus I really want to know what that "90" tattoo could mean.
