Rollin' With My Homies: Sushi Tattoos

These sushi tattoos show how deep the love goes for the best of all Japanese cuisines.

You're in Japan sitting at a counter that has a revolving carousel full of plates. On these plates are beautifully made pieces of sashimi, nigiri, and sushi...you pick up plate after plate after plate because, after all, it's extremely difficult to choose between all the different types of Japanese cuisine that are swirling in front of you as if in a graceful dance created particularly just to f*** with you and make you salivate all over your lap. But it's okay, because this is just a dream, and in dreams you can eat as much as you want. That is what these sushi tattoos make us think of...our dream of dreams: eating sushi in Japan like a boss.

Sushi tattoos are, obviously, some of our favorite things. We constantly get asked questions like, "I'm getting my first tattoo...what should I get?" And our answer is always: whatever you love most. And if you are torn between a billion different things that you love, like us, then you'll end up with a billion different tattoos. But sushi tattoos, for any lover of Japan, or food, or super cool cute things...are a definite safe bet. Even if you aren't a fan of sushi in particular, isn't is fair to say that it looks really neat anyway?

So it actually took us a long time to appreciate sushi, and sushi tattoos, but thats how childhood works. At age 5 you think Mexican food is disgusting because it has so many tomatoes in it, and then you hit 10 and you can't get enough burritos and tacos into your mouth. Same goes for fishy seaweed snacks and Tamago Nigiri. Food tattoos are awesome because it celebrates not only the diversity of cuisine, but our personal tastes and loves. We hope you love these sushi tattoos as much as we do!
