Afropunk celebrates the universal awesomeness of black women with #blackgirlmagic, featuring fierce and ravishing tattooed women.

#BlackGirlMagic was first used by blogger CaShawn Thompson to celebrate the individuality, beauty, and girl power of black women. It was never meant to ostracize anybody but to uplift these women are still appallingly being brought down in this day and age. Since then, celebrities like Amandla Stenberg and Skai Jackson have been spreading the word about embracing everything that makes them magical.
