Justin Harris had a pretty early start with tattoos. At just 14, Justin got his way around a tattoo artist uncle one New Year's Eve — agreed that his mum never finds out. (It was a Tupac Shakur tattoo.) Years later, he's still kicking it with tattoos and made his way into the industry, making solid connections, and travelling to different cities observing client demands for tattoos in certain regions. He may be tattooing at Black Vulture Gallery in Philly but he's still definitely and always will be the Green Bay Bully.*
*Justin keeps the username, @greenbaybully on Instagram as a tribute to the street he grew up in. He and fellow tattoo artist Bobby Johnson, whose Instagram username is @glendalebully, made up the nicknames for themselves and ended up keeping it.
Back story aside, you're going to be hitting the follow button in no time if you're into sinister-looking tattoos in neo traditional style. Justin features a lot of dangerous-looking women in his neo traditional portraits doused with unnatural skin hues, horns, tribal paint, otherworldly characteristics, and an aura of malevolence.
The Philly-based tattoo artist strong points lie within the stunning blend of the colors in his tattoos — which is crucial in neo traditional pieces — and the emotion he's able to project in his portrait tattoos.
