Head of Growth (T-shaped Growth expert)


We are establishing a new Growth team in Copenhagen, to support the customer acquisition of our expanding Tattoodo Pro SaaS offering, and establish us as the primary Tattoo Booking platform in the World.

We are looking for an experienced growth expert, to help establish and lead the new team. You will be operating at the intersection of our Development, Marketing and Customer success teams – leading our efforts for acquiring new users (and retaining existing ones). Whether you have come out of traditional Marketing, Data analytics or Engineering background doesn’t matter to us, as long as you have a demonstrated track-record of successfully optimizing the entire user funnel.

Our new Head of Growth will report directly to the COO, and be part of the leadership team.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Defining key Growth metrics (KPIs) and targets.
  • Driving the collaborative creative process and idea generation on how to grow those KPIs.
  • Leading continuous A/B testing and data analytics, based on testing and user feedback.
  • Coordination of the exchange of ideas/data/feedback with other departments.
  • Coordinating and prioritizing activities along the entire AARRR framework.
  • Identify actions to scale and automate the growth processes.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a strong analytical and technical mindset.
  • Is an optimization maniac with a creative mindset.
  • Has experience with funnel analytics for multiple cohorts.
  • Solid understanding of user behavior and a customer-centric focus.
  • Basic development understanding (you don’t have to a programmer).
  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing disciplines (inbound and outbound).
  • While analytics is the blood that flows through your veins, design and aesthetics is your passion.
