Growth Specialist (T-shaped Growth expert)


We are establishing a new Growth team in Copenhagen, to support the customer acquisition of our expanding Tattoodo Pro SaaS offering, and establish us as the primary Tattoo Booking platform in the World.

We are looking for a super-star growth specialist, to help establish the new team. You will be operating at the intersection of our Development, Marketing and Customer success teams – as a core part of the customer acquisition team. Whether you have a background in traditional Marketing, Data analytics or Engineering doesn’t matter to us, as long as you have experience with Growth and been involved in the entire user funnel.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Propose creative new projects that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand.
  • Lead and coordinate on-going A/B testing and data analytics efforts.
  • Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results.
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. advertizing, direct mail, push notifications, affiliate, etc.) and conversion rate optimization
  • Interaction with other departments on ideas/data/feedback to identify areas for growth.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a strong analytical and technical mindset.
  • Is an optimization maniac with a creative mindset.
  • Has experience with Growth across the entire acquisition funnel.
  • Good understanding of user behavior and a customer-centric focus.
  • Basic development understanding (you don’t have to a programmer).
  • Good understanding of traditional marketing disciplines (inbound and outbound).
  • Hands on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
  • Domain expertize in UI/UX best practices
