We are establishing a new Growth team in Copenhagen and looking for a super-star CRM Specialist to establish the CRM team and operations. In this role, you will be operating at the intersection of our Development, Marketing and Customer Success teams.
You will be leading our global consumer engagement and retention operations towards a large userbase (in the millions). You will strategize, implement and analyze our global CRM approach to unlock new opportunities for growth.
Ideally, you are tech savvy with an eye for great creative and copy. You know how to excite and engage a community in an authentic way across the full channel ecosystem.
