CRM Specialist

Tattoodo is the World’s #1 tattoo community and a global booking platform for reputable shops.

We are establishing a new Growth team in Copenhagen and looking for a super-star CRM Specialist to establish the CRM team and operations. In this role, you will be operating at the intersection of our Development, Marketing and Customer Success teams.

You will be leading our global consumer engagement and retention operations towards a large userbase (in the millions). You will strategize, implement and analyze our global CRM approach to unlock new opportunities for growth.

Ideally, you are tech savvy with an eye for great creative and copy. You know how to excite and engage a community in an authentic way across the full channel ecosystem.

Primary responsibilities

  • End-to-end responsibility for lifecycle/automation and promotional campaigns across all channels (in-app, push, email and web push).
  • Working cross-team to develop and execute a high caliber CRM calendar and test-and-learn strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate on-going A/B testing and data analytics efforts to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Improving business intelligence through database segmentation and articulate omnichannel performance learnings, progress and growth KPI’s to the broader team.
  • Set the bar for copy/creative and serve as a nexus between teams to ensure state of the art dynamic and personalized user experiences.

The ideal candidate

  • 2+ years practical experience with mobile CRM, setting up triggered/ automated multi-channel messaging based on user behavior.
  • Hands on experience with mobile engagement and automation tools (e.g. Braze, Leanplum etc.)
  • Is an optimization maniac with a creative mindset – constantly curious to test, learn and optimize.
  • Has expertise in reading user behavior and building segmentation through various user attributes.
  • Is an enthusiastic, passionate and creative outside-the-box thinker who relentlessly pursues best-in-class user experiences.
  • Is exceptionally well-organized and has the capability to multitask comfortably.
  • Basic to intermediate level of HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Passion for Tattoo art and technology is plus, but not required.
