User Acquisition Specialist


Tattoodo is the World’s #1 tattoo community and a global booking platform for reputable shops.

We are establishing a new Growth team in Copenhagen and looking for a super-star User Acquisition Specialist to help establish the new UA team. You will be operating at the intersection of our Development, Marketing and Customer Success teams.

In this role, you will be leading our global user acquisition operations - owning all steps in the media buying process. You will strategize, implement and analyze our global performance marketing campaigns at scale to unlock new opportunities and strategies for growth.

Primary responsibilities

  • Ad-partner management and unlocking new profitable UA channels.
  • Split testing and campaign optimization.
  • Ad copy and creative coordination.
  • Landing page optimization.
  • Monitoring, measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of UA initiatives and continuing to adapt and optimize all relevant KPIs.
  • Sharing strategic & creative learnings with the broader team.

The ideal candidate

  • 3+ years practical experience with setting up and optimizing performance-based CPC/CPI/CPA campaigns (Social ads, SEM, Programmatic etc.)
  • Has a solid understanding of UA attribution logic/models.
  • Is very hands-on with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, Amplitude).
  • Has a robust technical foundation with a creative drive – constantly curious to test, learn and optimize.
  • Is able to translate ideas to actionable initiatives and document business results through A/B split testing and CRO techniques.
  • Has a very structured, analytical and target-oriented mindset.
  • Is exceptionally well-organized and has the capability to multitask comfortably.
  • Has strong English speaking and writing skills.
  • Bonus credit for hands-on experience with App Store Optimization.
  • Bonus credit for work experience in a fast-paced, high-growth app business.
