Direct Booking

Direct Booking is a request for a free consultation with your desired artist.
  • Direct Booking is a request for a free consultation with your desired artist.
    1. Go to the artist's profile page and click "Book now"
    2. Fill out the "Consultations/Appointments" form step by step to request a free consultation with your preferred artist
    3. You will receive a receipt for your Direct Booking by email shortly after you submit the form
  • You can create as many Direct Bookings as you need.

    However, Tattoodo is working hard on building a responsible community for both tattoo artists and collectors. Therefore, it is very important to be responsive when you are replied.

  • If you accidentally submited a Direct Booking, you should kindly inform your artist about the situation.
  • If you need to change certain details in your original booking, you can communicate directly with your artist.
  • You can find the Direct Booking receipt in your email shortly after you submit the form. If not, go to your Spam folder and whitelist Tattoodo email.

Open Booking

The Open Booking feature is the easiest way to connect with multiple artists in your area.
  • Tattoodo's Open Booking feature is a form that users on the Tattoodo App can fill out. This form includes details about the next tattoo they want to get: brief, size, style, budget, and even reference photos. Once completed, the form is sent out to tattoo artists in the users area. Tattooists who feel their artistic vision is in line with the users idea can reach out via Tattoodo's built in chat and, in addition, users can look at an artists portfolio to see if they are interested.
  • Tattoodo is working hard on building a responsible community for both tattoo artists and collectors. When you create an Open Booking, it will be sent out to the tattoo artists nearby. Therefore, it is very important to be responsive when you are replied. An Open Booking without activity for 7 days will automatically be canceled. You will still be able to talk to the artist/s who replied to your Booking.
  • You can create as many Open Bookings as you need. However, it is not advisable to create similar Bookings in the same city within 5 days.
  • If you accidentally submited a Booking, you can:

    • Contact us at hello@tattoodo.com with your reason. We will close your Booking shortly after.
    • Kindly inform your artist/s about the situation.
  • If you need to change certain details in your original Booking, you can:

    • Contact us at hello@tattoodo.com with your changes. We will update your Booking shortly after.
    • Communicate directly with your artist(s).
  • You can find the Booking receipt in your email shortly after you submit the form. If not, go to your spam folder and whitelist Tattoodo email.
