This one was my third tattoo...i know you look at it and think "ummm why bri". I am a very spiritual person. (i get that from my momma) I believe in god, but i also believe in monther nature working with him hand in hand (sun and moon reference) i believe in love...whether it is between a male and a female or same sex marriage. It is not my choice to dictate who and how you love. The church was intended to be a hospital for the broken, not a museum for the good. Jesus came to tell people they were being told false truth. HE came to tell the people of the good news. To preach the Bible it was meant to be preached. This cross is decorated. It is decorated because i feel that your inner spirituality and your inner peace is what God intended for us to have to have a connection with him abd to feel mother nature speaking to us in the things in nature that bring me inner peace! Growing up with my mom as wiccan I have definitely fell in love with the old ways of the wild women! Love as often as you can, never lie., laugh often, dance in the rain, and never take the little things for granted. I find peace in the trees. I can be driving and go into the mountains and get out of my car and run into the forest and i owe thanks to my God for letting me have those moments of spirituality and happiness in places like the forest or the beach etc. but also to the Universe for bringing me to that path!
