Old School (Traditional)BlackworkDotworkFine-lineGeometricMy name is Nolan Nesbit. People call me Nez. This is a nickname I did not ask for. It was given to me a long time ago and it just stuck. I don’t hate it. I’m used to it. There are far worse nicknames in this world. So, you may call me Nez.
I am a father. A son. A brother. An artist. A musician. A writer. A psychologist. A philosopher. A visionary. I have worked in the professional tattoo industry for about eight years. I successfully managed and operated reputable tattoo studios for six years before finally deciding to tattoo full time.
I was blessed and honored to have studied and apprenticed under award winning realism artist Glenn Curtis Young. I have also had the privilege of working with many of the best artists my region has to offer.
I like a certain type of art. Some people don’t consider it “art”, but I feel that art is subjective. I prefer to create blackwork, line work, dotwork, sacred geometry, spiritual patternwork, and single needle micro tattoos.
