I will give an artist complete artistic freedom as long as it's presentable in public I don't care what it is turned into as long as it's better. Gel-pen ink and an electric toothbrush is what I used over 17 years ago. Never been touched up . And if someone is willing cover it up for free, I will let the artist pick the new design. There is a story here:In 2011 i started this and just could not finish it. The pain stopped me. It caused me real anxiety and although the artist was talented at the art, he did little to improve my worsening tattoo experience. I had a half finished piece. The bottom wasn't coloured and since the whole concept of the tattoo was to accept what i couldn't do (like fit wings on my back and be more than human) then i was happy to leave it incomplete.Until in 2015 i met one of those artists that just gel with you. So it got done. Numbing agents were used and meditation was learned. This is a very meaningful piece of my skin.
