Introduction
Drone is a creative traveling artist located in West Hollywood, Los Angeles and visits often New York City. Born and raised in Athens, Greece he grew up drawing and doing graffiti. Hip Hop culture is a big part of Drone’s life since he was a young child and he got into graffiti in 2005. After a few years in 2008 he felt the need instead of letters to paint characters and decided to take academic drawing fine art classes. He was able to draw and paint decently to start his own journey finally, something that to happen he had to quit the university of Fine Arts of Thessaloniki he was studying and start tattooing professionally in 2012. Drone decided to travel and explore the world doing what we call “guest spots”. He never had the chance to travel out of the country and left Greece for the first time in 2013 that studios were interested in his work and invited him in Europe. He explored more than 20 countries so far until 2020. He is intrigued by combinations of tattoo styles on skin and is specialized in color and bng in a variety of styles such as realistic, geometric, minimal, abstract, graphic designs, illustrations and sketch. The past year that he lived in New York City he had the opportunity to be hired as a live painting performer in some big events related with rap and EDM Music. The plan of the near future is to paint the walls of Los Angeles and seize every day in the city and in the studio. His goal is to be every day a better person and artist. The idea is to never stop pushing his limits and help sometime in the bigger picture our world through the art or the funds made by it. His hardest challenge is to one day be the biggest fan of his work and please his toughest critic, himself.
