Katia was super sweet and understanding! It was my first tattoo and she made the whole experience really comfortable. I was quite picky about the design so we ended up spending a lot of time on this part, but she kindly offered for me to come back another day to give me more time to think about it which I really appreciated <3 I would definitely recommend Katia!
