Designer and visual artist. His work includes illustration, costume design, interior design, poster and web design. Robertiko discovered the world of tattoos 20 years ago alternating with his Design and Communication Studies at the University of Havana. With La Marca he rediscovered the art of tattoo while developing the branding for the studio, designing its interior and then creating customized flashes with his own style.
As the curator at La Marca, he avidly links the art of tattoo with other arts. He utilizes the gallery space to propel the works of young artists and create community outreach projects.
As a tattoo artist, Robertiko prefers the traditional way, without electric machines, and his style feeds on old school, American traditional, illustration and graphic design.

Curador de la galeria. Diseñador y artista visual. Su trabajo incluye la ilustración, el diseño de vestuario, diseño de interiores, el cartel y el diseño web. Se adentró en el mundo del tatuaje hace 20 años alternándolo con sus estudios de Diseño y Comunicación en la Universidad de La Habana.
Con LA MARCA retoma su interés por el tatuaje como forma de arte, diseñando la identidad del estudio y la ambientación del lugar y creando flashes con su estilo personal a partir de la idea del cliente.
Responsable del proyecto cultural de LA MARCA, moviliza acciones que vinculan el arte del tatuaje a diversas manifestaciones artísticas, empleando el espacio para impulsar la obra de artistas jóvenes y gestar proyectos vinculados a la comunidad.
Prefiere tatuar a la manera tradicional, sin el empleo de máquinas eléctricas y su estilo bebe de diferentes estilos como el old school, el tradicional americano, la ilustración y el diseño gráfico.
