Program description

The Tattoodo Booking Notifications program sends SMS messages to clients who book through our Platform with a phone number. Messages include one-time sign-in codes you ask for, and messages about your booking, such as artist replies, booking confirmations, and reminders.

How to opt in

You opt in by entering your phone number when you book. When you send a booking request, you can sign in with your phone number instead of your email. We text you a one-time code, and that number then receives the messages described in this program. When you book a service, the phone number on the sign-up form is optional. Both forms show a notice next to the phone field saying that you will receive these messages. You can always book with an email address instead of a phone number.

Message frequency varies and depends on your booking activity and artist responses.

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will get a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from this program. You can also disable the SMS channel under Account Settings → Notifications.

Privacy
