Sophie is the absolute best. The atmosphere at The Blue Tattoo is always so welcoming and warm, and Sophie is precise, knowledgeable and reassuring in her approach to tattooing. I'm delighted with my new finger tattoos.

Questions

When can I book a session?

Right now!

How much is the deposit and when do I pay it?

To hold your spot, I usually require a £100 deposit. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo and is paid by card through Tattoodo when you book the appointment. I offer financing options through Klarna, allowing you to spread out the deposit cost if needed.

How much does a day session cost

I charge £120 per hour with a cap at £600. It can be more economical to get multiple tattoos within one session, rather than separate appointments.

How many sessions will my tattoo take?

Here’s a rough guide: • Half sleeve: 2-4 sessions • Full sleeve: 5-8 sessions • Half leg: 3-4 sessions • Full leg: 6-10 sessions • Back piece: 6-12 sessions

What affects how long a tattoo takes?

Several factors influence the time needed: • Placement on the body • Color vs. black and grey work • Level of detail • Size of the piece • How your skin takes ink

When will I see the design? Can I request changes?

You can request to see the design up to 3 days in advance, so you can check it out and make sure it’s exactly what you envision. If you have any tweaks in mind, don’t hesitate to let me know!

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

If you need to reschedule, just let me know 3 days in advance to ensure you don’t lose your deposit.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! you’re welcome to bring a friend to your appointment, but we can’t always guarantee there will be space for them to sit downstairs with you during the tattoo. They’re always welcome to wait in the lounge.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay via card, cash, bank transfer or through Tattoodo with all major credit and debit cards. I also offer financing options through Klarna, so that you can spread out your payment over time.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes, I offer in person consultations.
