The entire process was so simple which was a pleasant surprise, i initially just wanted to get a quote for the tattoo, but couldn’t help myself and booked it. From getting the design drawn up to getting it tattooed with the exact shades of colour i’ve wanted, i’ve never had a tattoo experience so simple and enjoyable. Lena was there every step of the journey and provided information at every point during this experience! i am unable to imagine anyone else who could have brought my idea to life! I cannot wait for more tattoos with Lena and look forwards to it :)

How much is the deposit and when do I pay it?
To hold your spot, I require a deposit. The exact amount is determined based on the cost of your tattoo as well as other factors (studio policy etc.). This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo and is paid by card through Tattoodo or direct bank transfer when you book the appointment.
When will I see the design? Can I request changes?
I’ll send you the design 48 hours in advance to allow for final tweaks based on your feedback.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule your appointment without losing a deposit only if you let me know no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Changing appointment time is allowed only once. Any subsequent change will be treated as a new booking. If you cancel your appointment or don't show up you will lose your deposit.
Can I bring a friend?
Friends or partners are welcome to accompany you to the studio but will not be permitted into the tattooing areas due to hygiene reasons and to avoid disruptions in the process. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me maintain a focused and professional environment.
What payment methods do you accept?
For the remaining balance after the deposit, you can pay securely through Tattoodo with all major credit and debit cards or by doing a direct money transfer to my business bank account. I also offer financing options through Klarna, so that you can spread out your payment over time.
