Had my sleeve and chest all done here by Keith an wouldn't go anywhere else .All friendly an helpfull with designs an a regular flow of tea . Top place an well happy with all my work done to date .

I have been a customer at this studio for a few years and some of the art I have had done has been great. However my latest project for my right sleeve has been a disaster. Despite giving the artist the instructions that the images I wanted to be dark and horror like, and supplying over 60 images of what I wanted, she still insisted on doing the face on a main character her own stylised cartoony, simple design.
I also found it unprofessional that she couldn't show me any of her artwork she planned to tattoo on me until the morning I came in because she had done a rush job on it even though she had had a month to prepare. Then we had to spend some of my session choosing what images to go for and adjusting what she thought I wanted, when we could of done this by email.
My all day session started late and ended early but I still was expected to pay the same rate. The artist on 3 occasions tried to make me move my allotted time because she had "forgot to put me in the diary" or "This guy can only come in at your time and he's on holiday the next day and needs his tattoo finishing before he goes"
I found her and the staff very abrupt and standoffish with me, even though I did my best to be polite and patient, she has a terrible attitude.
I felt i was an inconvenience there and certainly not welcome. On one occasion I was extremely hot and my morphine patches I wear for back pain were peeling off and I asked politely if I could have the fan on. They did set the fan in place for 30 seconds until another artist told a customer sitting near it to turn it off again. I did object but was ignored.
I complained about my 3rd character on my sleeve looking wrong and to their credit she did work on me for 3 hours trying to correct it, which she did to a fashion but still the rose is on the wrong side, the eyes are cross eyed, she has an orange face (Lauren agreed with my complaint) and the skirt only has pleats on one side, but I got told that would be corrected on my next appointment.
I messaged the artist asking about what we were doing on my sleeve and she read it but ignored me. I went into the studio as arranged and sat there for 20 minutes before anyone said anything to me. I then was told to read an email that had been sent on the friday that the artist had sent saying she was basically dumping me with only 1/4 of my sleeve complete that I'd spent £600 on and she was dropping out because I sent her too many messages asking about my artwork! She couldn't even be bothered to call me to make sure I knew my apt was cancelled so I wasted money getting up there.
She finally turns in and explains that because she doesn't think she has a good relationship with me and I haven't respected her boundaries ( because I emailed her too much) that she can't finish her work and she didn't call me because she hates confrontation??? I was not abusive or rude, I told her I wasn't happy with her work and asked her to fix it, Now because she's "nervous" I have to find another artist who has to second guess her vision and clean up her mess because she's flaky! Totally unprofessional if I could give minus stars I would!
