Started this at the convention, session one. Then finished it up in a second sitting.
Designed to sit exactly right on his arm from the first go.

Working with what was already there rather than against it. Some parts loud, some parts quiet, letting the design breathe where it needed to and hold its ground where it didn’t.
Anchoring new line work into muscle and existing ink is a different kind of challenge. You’re not just designing a tattoo, you’re designing a conversation with what’s already on the skin.
