It reads "Further up, Further in." It's from the Chronicles of Narnia. It is a reminder that no matter my mood or how anxious I am, I need to keep pressing on and not quit. I knew I was taking a risk getting a tattoo on this part of my finger. And it has faded. But the semicolon speaks to my mental health recovery. And the process of recovery is often worn and distressed, just like the tattoo.This is the style I love doing and I enjoy the most. Freehand on fingers.
