“Cold hands mean a warm heart.” My grandparents would say this to me every time they held my cold skinny hands. They would ask “are you dead?” Then they would follow up with that quote. So I got it tattooed on my chest in their memory. The frame was added on after I got the quote and the artist did an amazing job. I asked him for an ornate frame around the quote and to have the colors based on one of my favorite flowers, the blue bonnet. He then added little touches of baby blue and red to add contrast and make it pop.
