Consciousness starts in your gut, so be mindful about what you eat and keep processed irritants away from it. Your gut contains hundreds of millions of neurons, which are connected to your brain through nerves in your nervous system sending bidirectional signals. When you damage your gut-biome, you damage your inner wellbeing physically and emotionally.
