in the eye is Schrodinger's basic equation. The eye sort of represents the observer if you will. The electrons represent the micro scale and if you look closely there are stars which represent the micro scale. The meaning to me is by seeing what you want in a world of infinite possibilities and putting energy into it you can have it.
