At 19 it's still my greatest dream. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to begin that journey but I know that the time will come. I chose an octopus because of their diversity, complexity, intelligence and insight. When an octopus feels threatened, they detach a limb to stay out of harms way. In that way an octopus and a human are very alike. As someone who has struggled with an addiction that has broken me down, getting this tattoo would be a constant reminder to detach and flee from my addiction. A reminder that life doesn't have to be a struggle and that, in time, my limbs will grow back and I can swim away. Just like the octopus. #megandreamtattoo🐙Octopus🐙
