I sent Gabriele a load of photos and pictures as my tattoo inspiration and I arrived to find a load of options to review. We tried out a couple and realised some changes were needed - which were done easily so I got my perfect designs. The process itself was easy and my fine line tattoos are beautiful. I’ve had lots of comments on them already.

It's honestly sad to see the tattoo industry becoming a quick money grab scheme and the exorborent prices attached to such simple designs, where even then the final results fail to deliver. It's unfortunate we're not given the opportunity to see the draft design until the day of your session when you're in the studio, where it boils down to indecisive last minute calls for something that will remain permanently on your body. I don't necessarily like throwing shade at artists, I know how hard it can be especially when you're putting in the effort, but an artist should be accompanied with passion for their craft, and a drive for professionalism and growth, especially when you're years into your field of expertise. You should be honing, developing and perfecting those skills instead of allowing those skills to just get you by. The process shouldn't feel rushed, especially when someone has just begun venturing into the world of tattoos. Give your client the patience that they need, and go back and forth with ideas, making them feel like their input really matters, without making it feel like a traumatic experience for them. Never reaasure your client if you can't fulfil their criterias and requests, and understand to communicate effectively without concealing or withholding their expectations. Don't break their trust, especially early on, otherwise they'll go into the next session with an overly critical mindset. The industry is becoming so deceitful, where artists hide behind a digital fascade of hopefulness, masking their lack of enthusiasm and effort by selling you a fake standard and expectation. It's honestly sad to see.
