How much is the deposit and when do I pay it?
To hold your spot, I usually require a £50 deposit. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo and is paid by card through Tattoodo when you book the appointment. I offer financing options through Klarna, allowing you to spread out the deposit cost if needed. The deposit is the base amount for all the setup, including my drawing and design, before I start working on your tattoo. Once I've confirmed that you've paid me a deposit, your schedule and design will be finalised. To prevent cancellations due to change of heart, we do not issue refunds after 24 hours of booking confirmation. Please think carefully before confirming your booking. Your deposit will only be forfeited if one or more of the following occur : * More than 3months passes without an appointment or communication. * Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment, without 24hours notice. * Changing your original tattoo design completely after drawing has begun. * Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 days in advance and up to 2 times. The third reschedule will incur a deposit. * For rebookings and rescheduling after a same-day postponement (cancellation), the deposit will not be carried over and an additional deposit will be required. This policy is meant to ensure that I am covered for time spent on your tattoo. If circumstances arise that are out of your control, please text and email to let me know what’s going on. No drawing will be done without a deposit. Please be sure you know what you want. If I labor over a design based on our discussion, and then you decide instead to do something totally different, another deposit will need to be made. If you are more than 20 minutes late without contacting me on the day of your appointment, I will consider you a no-show as it will disrupt my schedule.
When will I see the design? Can I request changes?
I’ll send you the design 24 hours in advance, so you can check it out and make sure it’s exactly what you envision. If you have any tweaks in mind, don’t hesitate to let me know!
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! you’re welcome to bring a friend to your appointment.
Can I get any design I want?
I’ll work with your ideas but add my own style to create something unique. If I think a design won’t work well as a tattoo, I’ll let you know and suggest better options. *** For cover-ups, if your existing tattoo is dark, it may be darker than that, and it may increase in size. There is no way to make a cover-up lighter than an existing tattoo. Keep this in mind!
