Got one tattoo from Artist Eric Alderete came out ok all that was done was a small amout of fill in on a Jordan Jumpman (pictures are attached) $150 was a little pricey but it was ok cause it suppoted my Boy. But this time I made an appointment with same guy, June 2nd I paid $100 deposit which is required by artist to start the drawing of the tattoo and to book you a spot. (Screen shot attached as well) I then sent an additional $100 to his CashApp so now he has $200 that I worked my ass off for 13+ hours to get a tattoo started and to save me a spot. Here we are 3 months later with multiple pictures of tattoos that he has already done posted to his social media no picture drawn for me yet and , no appointment set for me yet. So I say to my self, "OK well I'll just request that he refund me my money." I called and I sent txt via phone and messanger, i got ignored for a little while and then got told that he could not refund it at that moment. He refuse to refund me and said that I would have to wait because he was struggling to pay bills and that he has a family to take care of. SO DO I SIR!! But what the fuck does that matter right. Such a beautiful tattoo shop to have people of Eric's caliber working there representing that shop. What a shame !

Got my first tattoo two years ago and after doing some research I decided on going to Cedar Springs. I had an idea of what I wanted (a dragon's eye)and the color scheme. However, my artist suggested a different scheme, Drew it out for me and presented it to me. LOVED it more than what I originally wanted. My artist was extremely patient and helpful all during my healing process and even provided me his cell phone number phone number in case I had any questions along the way.
