If i could put zero stars, I would. I went to House of Needles in hopes of getting a Friday the 13th Tattoo. I had written down my name on the list of people at 8:12pm. I proceeded to wait for 5 hours, standing around, playing UNO with other people in line, etc. I left to grab food because i hadn't eaten in a few hours and didn't want to be starving when i got my tattoo. At 9:00pm, they were tattooing people that came in at 6:00pm, so i left and came back and went back to sitting in line. I went to go check the list and realized my name had been crossed off. I asked about it and told them that i was there and I was told to write my name next to it again. So I did and sat back down. Someone who was in line behind me had been called up so i went to check what was going on. I was basically told that they weren't going to tattoo me, even though I was standing right there in front of them. I was laughed at and no one else would speak to me, they ignored me and my two friends when all we wanted was answers. Arrived there at 8:12pm, left at 2:00am with no tattoo and absolutely exhausted. They had a minor printing out the templates of the tattoos, some that were backwards. The minor was there until at least 2am, no older than 13. The artists weren't IDing, they were giving out free beer to basically anyone. An artist with a beard in the back asked a guy if he was 21, the guy said yes and so he said there was beer in the back. Didn't ID him at all. There were multiple artists that were drinking while tattooing. There was also bottles of hard alcohol sitting around. I understand that Friday the 13th is a stressful day for all tattoo shops, but this was absolutely unprofessional of them. Will not be back.
