This is my second tattoo by Lou W. After the first one I wanted a 9 headed hydra and Lou was the obvious choice. Her talent as an artist is undeniable and as a tattooist she is considerate, amiable and works hard to nail the brief every time. She checks in with you to ensure perfect placement, comfort, warns you if an area is going to feel a bit ‘spicy’ but has a light touch and great conversation all the way through so you won’t even notice. Her forte is, in her own words, ‘fur, feathers and scales’ and she will always be my go to for that! Great comms beforehand, great aftercare instructions afterwards and a lovely person to boot. Whether this is your first tattoo or your 10th she’s the whole package. The photo doesn’t do the tattoo justice - Lou is the whole package and I’m sooooo thrilled with my hydra. Thank you so much!
As soon as I saw Lou’s portfolio I knew she was the perfect choice for this tattoo. She was awesome from start to finish, totally nailing the brief with an exquisitely beautiful design that was beyond anything I had hoped for. She put me completely at ease about placement and sizing; really cared that I was totally happy with everything. Not only is she a spectacularly talented artist but she is easy to talk to with a brilliant easy laugh and I had a great time. Top bird! Aftercare instructions were clear and gah!
