SANS PATRIE/ STUDIO, London
Graphic Designer & Fine Line Tattoo Artist in London. My background in design and illustration shapes how I tattoo: focused on flow, detail, and designs that feel effortless on the skin. I create art that’s both elegant and personal, crafting unique tattoos for those who see ink as art.
I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for my recent tattoo experience with Alex. This was my third tattoo, but since my last one was done 11 years ago, I was both nervous and excited to embark on this journey again. From the start, Alex was incredibly accommodating. I shared my ideas with her, and she took them to a whole new level with her design, surpassing all of my expectations. Her warmth and professionalism made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, and I truly appreciated her thorough explanations. I absolutely love my new tattoo, and I’m already looking forward to getting my next one done by her. She is truly amazing at what she does!
It was my first tattoo and I was a bit nervous, but Alex has done everything super easy. She explained everything step by step, and did everything very smoothly and quick. If I'm ever doing another tattoo I'll repeat with her without hesitation. Thank you so much!!
To hold your spot, I usually require a £100 deposit. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo and is paid by card through Tattoodo when you book the appointment.
Several factors influence the time needed: • Placement on the body • Level of detail • Size of the piece • How your skin takes ink
I create your tattoo design on the morning of your appointment, outside of my regular work hours, which means you aren't charged extra for this time. When we meet, the time spent discussing your design, adjusting the placement, and resizing is part of your appointment. Sending designs beforehand can make the approval process challenging and time-consuming, taking away from the personal connection and collaboration that are crucial to creating a meaningful tattoo. I value the opportunity to work with you face-to-face, where we can explore different design options together and make sure every detail, like size and placement, is just right. Before your appointment, I gather as much information from you as possible to create a piece that you'll love. You're always welcome to send additional references or details to help in the design process. Thank you for trusting me with your tattoo. I look forward to creating something beautiful with you.
• A non-refundable deposit of £100 (£300 for full days) is required to secure your booking, this value will be discounted of your final price. • If you need to change the date, I require at least 7 days notice so I can offer the spot to someone else. • In cases where sufficient notice isn’t given, the deposit will be retained as it also covers studio costs and preparation. If at least 7 days of notice are given I can move your date ONCE.
Your friend is welcome to come with you to our waiting area, but not to the procedure room, please don’t bring more than one person.
For the remaining balance after the deposit, I prefer the due amount to be paid in cash, but you also can pay securely through Tattoodo with all major credit and debit cards. I also offer financing options through Klarna, so that you can spread out your payment over time, you’ll need your physical ID to make a payment through Klarna
In most cases a good briefing is enough for me to be able to send you prices and dates. I offer consultations on a £100 non refundable fee: this fee is for an appointment in person where we’ll discuss your ideas and I’ll create some studies with you, you’re not allowed to record this process if I end up drawing a sketch. The consultation fee will be reverted towards your due amount if you decide to book in with me.
I’ll work with your ideas adding my own style to create something unique. If I think an idea won’t work well with my view I’ll encourage you to explore other artists who might better align with your vision and availability
