When will I see the design? Can I request changes?
I don’t send my designs out before the appointment for many reasons (this is common amongst most tattoo artists). This is a blanket rule for everyone. Why? It’s not uncommon for designs to get stolen and taken somewhere cheaper. I draw my designs up the night before/in the morning (due to people making last minute changes and/or rescheduling etc. so I don’t have time for extra messages for last minute changes and admin before the day. I would rather work together in person and draw whilst you’re with me - something that may take 2 minutes to change in person may take hours over messages and things may get miscommunicated. To avoid me completely missing the mark, be as specific as possible when giving the brief before booking. I usually leave plenty of time to make adjustments/changes when booking the allotted time slot - if you do need the designs more in advance for whatever other reason please don’t hesitate to ask and I’ll try do my best.
