What's up, names Cesar, started tattooing when I was 16, 27 now. Grew up watching my dad tattoo, all that old skoo gangsta shit was always the style I liked. learned alot over the years appreciate everyone who let me practice and just get better over the years. alot more confident now, if I cant pull something off I will not attempt and be straight forward, other than that I take my time with my line work, I have like OCD Haha so my lines have to be as clean as I can make em. i feel that's the best way to tattoo.. clean lines makes everything look good.. when it comes to pricing i dont like to over charge, I'm confident but not cocky, every experience is a learning experience for me.. this is just some of my work lost alot of pictures in other phone will post more when I can
