I got this set of lips done in 1992, while in the Army at Ft. Carson Colorado. I was going to get thie lips and a band of barbed wire like Vince Neil. But i had drank the night before and was bleeding more than normal do the artist stopped andbi never went bavk to finish. Jump forward to 2013, i met my wife and she thinks its another woman's lips. But it really isnt. Now in 2016, i want it covered up and to start considering options. I'm a Disabled Veteran and Traditional Comic Book Inker. What are your thoughts!
