I’ve been following Marie for years, and I finally had the chance to get tattooed by her—and yes, it really was a privilege. She takes her time, she’s gentle and funny, and the result is simply stunning. She actually fixed a botched tattoo I got years ago, and now I can finally look at myself in the mirror and be proud of my ink. I already have a lot of tattoos, but this was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had during a session.

Marie tattooed me almost 10 times and it has always been amazing. She is talented as well as creative and understanding. Eyes closed!!

I’ve been tattooed twice by Pauvre Madeleine, the first time in 2023 and the second in 2025, and both experiences were absolutely wonderful. She has such incredible gentleness. She really takes her time and made me feel completely comfortable from the very beginning. I felt listened to, understood, and respected in all my needs. She is incredibly attentive throughout the entire session. We spent the session chatting, she’s interesting and genuinely interested in others, which makes the whole experience even more special. Beyond the human experience, she is an extremely talented artist. Her surrealist work is truly impressive. I’m so proud to wear her work on my skin and I absolutely love my tattoos. I highly recommend her.

It was a truly enriching experience, and I'm delighted to have discovered her talent and her very original graphic style.

Marie is so sweet, takes the time and she is so talented. She drew my project really fast and was really understanding about what I wanted even tho I did not have a clear idea. During the session, she was taking care to ask me if i was ready and we made well deserved pauses everytime we would need it. I’m so happy we met and that I own one of her creation on my body 🥹

Marie is amazing ! She’s a great tattoo artist and the kindness itself ! She takes the time to understand what I want and my needs, explains why that size or that part of body etc. She’s so patient, comprehensive and passionate. That’s so rare and very sweet. I’m lucky to met her, really. Anyway she’s a really safe tattoo artist, with an incredible style (for her clothes too huhu) and she never ending to progress, so go on before she became a mondial star !
