Great art work but really dropped the ball with customer service. Near Impossible to talk to the artist about your next piece or adding to a existing piece you have had done there and they don't respond to emails. I have had to get a piece finished off by an artist in another shop that took the time to respond to an email which he was reluctant to do.
If they spent the time they waste taking photos to reply to customers this would be a great place to get tattooed.
