I discovered Jose's work at Pacific Rose Tattoo through his IG photos. His response to my enquiry was prompt and we set up a consult appt. for the following week. Josè made me feel comfortable when we met and listened to my ideas. He drew a mock up on my arm based on his advice to placements, flow and size for my custom sleeve blast over. It was better than I imagined. During my following appt. Josè was professional, adhered to hygiene protocols,thoughtful and checked in with me for breaks and my comfort .The healing process has been without any issues. Josè was the best, I love my sleeve again and I believe I found my tattoo "guy".

Unbelievable bedside manner, super knowledgeable and friendly. Put me at ease before the needle ever hit skin. Can’t wait to get tattooed by him again!

I am absolutely obsessed with my new tattoo(s)!! I got loads of little stars as part of Kristal’s tattoo buffet and a cute finger tattoo and I love them so much! Kristal is the absolute sweetest person I’ve ever met as well and I had a 10/10 experience, will definitely be back!!

I got my half sleeve done with Dmitry and he’s done an excellent job painting it.Definitely gonna come back to him for finishing up my arm.
