Located at 43-15 Bell Blvd. in Bayside, Queens is the home of world-renowned Top Shelf Tattooing. Established in 2002 with the recent change of ownership as of July 2012, By artist Mike Brummett and William Mulvey accompanied by a brand new talented staff a new era of Top Shelf began. Each artist at Top Shelf takes pride in their work and we take pride in providing each one of our customers with an outstanding service and unique tattoo experience. All of our artists are licensed by the City of New York Department of Health and have been educated in the area of blood borne pathogens, cross contamination and sterilization.
