Bought my husband a $300 gift certificate for his Christmas gift to start his leg piece. He showed up for a 6 hour appointment with Charlie, who dozed off repeatedly while tattooing, did what looks like maybe two hours of work in the entire time and charged the full $300, and then went outside to take a smoke break and fell asleep. My husband left before the session was up rather than risk going under the needle again. Emailed them to ask if they would please consider redoing the session, but never got a response.
