I want something similar to this in memory of my brother Casey Dylan Rachal he died in a wreck August 29, 2019 but he fought with cystic fibrosis his whole life......The phrase “65 roses” is simply another way of saying cystic fibrosis. When she said the words “cystic fibrosis”, he thought she said “65 roses”.
